Forum newbie from Australia.
« on: May 25, 2012, 03:31:58 PM »
Hello all!

Got a few green bikes in the shed: '84 KDX200, '86 KX200 ('86 KX125 with KDX200 motor), '88 KX125, and a '88 KX250. There's also a not-quite-finished '88 125 enduro bike, and I sold my '88 500 late last year. Also been a few later KDX200s in the last few years.
Also got a few other bikes in the shed, mostly older Yamahas.

Been riding "Retro Mx" (Pre-90) in our newly formed club. Won the lightly-contested 125 class last year, so I bought the 250 for this year. Currently running 4th in class on it, but a long way off the pace of the leaders!  I'm a pretty average rider - typically mid pack at Clubman level.

Currently looking at getting a newer KX144 or 250 for some 'woods' use - expect some questions on that....

I'm in NSW (Canberra-ish), so I'm a member of Northern Districts/Retro (and HEAVEN for the older bikes).
