Yes its the gf on the KTM, she's a 3 time women's champ in Districts 15 and 17. Thats me standin there next to her (twice as nervous for her rides than on mine)
Thanks, DirtJunkie, yeah the 500 is a handful everytime. Workin on traction and sitting into it at the right points. Scary acceleration on the 500's.
Hahaha yeah Johnny500, that one is a classic. Also me. I ate it hard on that one. I had wrecked the bike at an earlier race, which broke the very end of the silencer. the little piece that is welded to the perforated pipe inside the silencer was broken and closing off the hole, killing the power. That is my 250 which is stock length, which also adds to the challenge. I could come up with more excuses, but the wrecks are just as entertaining as the fast times....
Broke the helmet cam on that ride. the little plastic mounts don't like plywood, I guess, so I will need to get those ordered sometime....I hope to get a cameraman / woman going soon....
