Just a rehash.
I'm now up to 2 hour work outs 5 days a week.
1 hour of weights, 1/2 hour tread mill and 1/2 hour swimming.
I can't wait for this spring for some good riding weather.
I'm gonna tear up some sand
Since I'm turning 50 in a few months I even thought about running in some MX old man classes
That just doesn't sound right...
