What do you do for riding fitness?

You are what you eat  :lol:
Here is a typical lunch at the shop.
Today's lunch is Broccoli, White, Green, and yellow onions, Garlic, Green and Red Bell peppers, Grilled Chicken, Carrots, and Brown Rice.

wow...I eat the same thing daily....just with mushrooms,carrots,and asparigus added to what you have.For snacks,I eat a can of sardines or tuna,bannanas and oranges,and I only drink water and milk.I work-out 3-5 days a week depending on how busy we are,with weights,treadmill,and tread-climber.

dont need a gym!!! ,welder fabricator lifting bits of metal most days is more than enough !! food wise pasta night before riding ,loads of hydration no matter what running,gym,weights there is no substitute for  tracktime i try and ride every other weekend if possible often doesnt happen and i notice it if i havnt rode for a few weeks ...generaly eat anything ..chocolate,chilli ,spag boll,wine beer ..boom!!!  :evil:

dont know if you guys in the states have guiness or stout full of iron .....iron good for oxygen in blood etc so drinking lots must be good?? :-o

Guiness Draught Rocks, I'd count it as health food for sure. I thought riding was my excercise  :roll: 
if I only had a pair, I could actually ride this thing
