help w/ pictures

could some one please hlep me out and tell me what this means when i try to post my post with pictures? also i cant send any pm's. (The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved. )??

I use PhotoBucket.  After you have your pic's on PhotoBucket, run your cursor over the pic you want.  Click IMG code and it will auto copy.
Go to your post and paste the IMG code after your text.  Hit enter a few times to give some space between the text and the pic.
The IMG code will display the picture instead of a link to the picture.
Just like this.  And yes I'm into CR500's also.
